Jilakin Rock City

Jilakin Rock City refers to the community created and sustained for seven days as part of the annual Blazing Swan Event. Jilakin Rock City has streets, neighbourhoods, water and electrical infrastructure, medical and security and social support services, a constitution and an organizing body, and a set of guiding principles. The population of Jilakin Rock City during the 2017 Blazing Swan Event was approximately 2850.
